Açai-Blueberry Mojito


Antioxidants are great for you but it’s more fun to have it in a cocktail.  Açai-Blueberry Mojito is a recipe by Van Gogh vodka that uses vodka as base spirit instead of rum.  It has a sour and sweet and fruity flavor and is very refreshing.






  • 2 ounce of Van Gogh Acai-Blueberry vodka
  • Ten mint leaves
  • Ten blueberries
  • one ounce of lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup – 1 part water and 1 part sugar
  • club soda

How to prepare Acai-Blueberry Mojito:

Muddle the blueberries, mints and syrup in a shaker.  Pour the vodka and lime juice and fill up the shaker with ice.  Shake well and strain it into a glass full of ice.  Top it with club soda and you can serve it with mint leaf or blueberries as garnish.
