If you are looking for ideal cocktail for sipping, The Ascot has that smooth texture and strong.   This modern classic cocktail is by mixologist Bobby Hicks, fairly easy to make and has spirit forward flavor. 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce of vodka
  • 1 ounce of Cognac
  • 1/2 ounce of Dolin Dry Vermouth
  • 1/2 ounce Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth

How to make The Ascot cocktail:

Combine all the content into mixing glass full of ice.  Stir well and strain it into a chilled glass.   You can garnish with lemon or lime twist.
