Barbados Rum Punch


Go to paradise with this rum drink at the comfort of your home with this recipe by Martin Cate.  Barbados Rum Punch is a fruity/citrus forward cocktail that is little potent and served on the rocks. 






  • 2 ounces of aged Barbados rum
  • 1 ounce of Lime juice
  • 1 ounce of rich simple syrup –  one part water, 2 parts sugar
  • One dash Angostura Bitters

How to make Barbados Rum Punch:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker full with ice. Shake well and strain it into a glass with fresh ice.  You can garnish with lime wheel.
