Bellini is another great brunch cocktail besides mimosa.  It’s a peachy version of mimosa and it’s very easy to make.  This bubbly and sweet drink was originated in famous Harry’s bar in Venice Italy in 1930s and 40s by Harry’s bartender, Giuseppe Cipriani.   In Italy, Bellini is made by sparkling Italian wine but in other places, bartender use Champagne






  • 1.5 ounce of Fresh white peach purée
  • Chilled Prosecco (an Italian sparkling wine)

How to prepare Bellini Cocktail:

Pour the puree into a flute and fill it with prosecco.  You can garnish with slice of peach or maybe cherry.    You can also make this brunch cocktail by using peach juice and regular champagne.
