This classic gin based cocktail is named for French world jewel.  This recipe by Jamie Gordon is different than traditional Bijou recipe that require equal parts of gin, vermouth and Green Chartreuse. 






  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 ounce of Campari
  • 3/4 ounce green chartreuse

How to prepare Bijou cocktail:

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass full of ice and stir.  Strain into a glass with fresh ice and serve it with orange twist for garnish.  Cheers
