Brazilian Sangria


Take a trip to Brazil with this Absinthe and Cachaca based drink.  The Brazilian Sangria is a modern classic cocktail has a sweet and citrus forward flavor that is served neat up and relatively complicated to make.  In this recipe, Ben Scorah uses seasonal fruits such as strawberries, lime, orange, kiwi and passion fruit to make this sangria.





How to make Brazilian Sangria cocktail:

Muddle the fruits thoroughly with absinthe, cachaca, brandy and orange liqueur in the shaker.   Pour the content into the glass and top it with the wine.  Stir it briefly
