Cafe Panama


Combine coffee and rum to make this delicious cocktail and serve it cold or hot.






  • 1.5 ounce Selvarey Cacao rum
  • 1 ounce of espresso or other strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup – 1 part water and 1 part sugar
  • 1 ounce of unsweetened coconut milk

How to prepare Cafe Panama cocktail:

For the hot drink, pour all the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat to cook.  Stir frequently till it’s hot.  Serve it in a mug and you can garnish with cinnamon stick.


For cold drink, pour the ingredients into a glass full of ice.  Stir and serve with cinnamon stick for garnish.
