Classic Bloody Mary

Bloody Mary is a great cocktail for brunch and a nutritious breakfast.  But did you know it’s also a cure for hangover?

  • 2 ounce of premium vodka
  • 1 pinch celery salt  – extra celery salt needed
  • 4 ounce of tomato juice
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce
  • 2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 1 lime wedge
  • 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of smoked paprika

How to prepare classic Bloody Mary cocktail:

First, pour some celery salt onto a plate.  Rub the lemon wedge along the lip of the glass.  Roll the outer glass in salt till coated and fill out the glass with ice.  If you don’t like salt on the glass, you can skip coating it with salt.

Squeeze the lime & lemon wedge into the shaker and put them in along with rest of the ingredients.  Fill out the shaker with ice and shake gently.  Strain into glass and you can serve with lime wedge, olives and/or celery as garnish.  Cheers
