Desert Pear Mojito

Turn the basic Mojito into a great cocktail by adding a little pearl syrup.  Desert Pear Mojito is served at The Lobby Bar at JW Marriott Resort & Spa in Palm Springs, California. 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounce of Bacardi Superior Rum
  • 1 ounce of Monin Desert Pear syrup
  • 4 lime wedges
  • 3 mint leaves
  • lemon-lime soda

How to prepare Desert Pear Mojito cocktail:

Muddle the lime & mint in a shaker.  Pour the rum and syrup into the shaker and add ice.  Shake well and strain content into a glass filled with fresh ice.  Top the drink with splash of the soda.  You can serve the drink with lime wheel for garnish.
