Combine cognac, ginger liqueur and egg white to get this delicious desert cocktail.   It has sweet and sour flavor with some texture because of the egg white.   Make sure you use a good quality cognac such as Hennessy VS.

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz. of cognac
  • 1 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur
  • egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 0.5 oz. lemon juice

How to make East Side Press cocktail:

Combine the ingredients into a shaker that is full of ice.  Shake really well and make sure to shake enough for the sugar and egg mixes.  Strain the drink into a chilled glass.  You can serve with pieces of ginger as garnish.  Cheers.
