Eggnog, creamy, rich and hot classic cocktail is holiday’s favorite that all the adults can enjoy.   







  • 8 ounce bourbon
  • 4 ounce spiced rum
  • 6 eggs, separated
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 32 ounce whole milk
  • 16 ounce heavy cream

How to prepare Eggnog cocktail:

Add the egg yolks and 1/2 cup of sugar in a large bowl and beat together until they turn light in color.  Pour in the milk, heavy cream, bourbon and rum and stir well. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites with the remaining 1/4 cup of sugar until they form soft peaks. Fold about a third of the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Serve in punch or tea cups topped with freshly grated nutmeg, folding in more of the egg whites as desired.
