Garden Gin and Tonic


Gin and tonic has been interpreted by bartenders around the world and it’s a classic cocktail that is perfect for anytime.  To see the recipe for traditional gin and tonic click here.  The garden version for this drink is from Jamie Gordon, a mixologist in San Francisco.  It’s little bit more involved and requires a little more ingredients.  It’s best to use high quality gin and serve it in goblet or large wine glass. 



  • 1.5 ounce Beefeater Gin
  • 1/2 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
  • Tonic water
  • 2 dashes Orange bitters

How to prepare garden gin and tonic drink:

With exception of tonic water, pour all ingredients into the glass and then fill it with ice.  Top with tonic till glass is 3/4 full.  You can garnish this cocktail with lemon wheels and grapefruit, strawberries, cucumber slice and/or lavender spring.
