Green Margarita


This Margarita cocktail is a classic recipe using sugar snap pea puree.  This is a tequila drink with salty and savory flavor which is prepare shaken and served on the rocks.  It’s relatively simple to make and it’s not that strong. 




Ingredients to make Pea Puree:

  • 2 cups of peas, removed from pods
  • One teaspoon of Verjus
  • Two ounces of water
  • One pinch of sugar
  • One pinch of salt

Pour all the ingredients into a blender and puree for 30 seconds till smooth


  • 1 1/2 ounces of tequila
  • 1/2 ounces of St. Germain
  • 1/2 ounce of Combier
  • One ounce of Pea Puree
  • 3/4 ounce of lime juice

How to prepare Green Margarita cocktail:

Put all the ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Shake well and strain into a glass that is filled with fresh ice.  You can garnish it with lime
