Mojito Italiano


Looking for a bubbley, bitter, sour and sweet Mojito?  This modern classic cocktail is just little complicated as it’s with some Mojito recipes and light in alcohol content. It’s served on the rocks in a highball glass and it’s prepared in a shaker as oppose to stirring it in a glass. 






  • 1.5 ounce of Rum
  • 3/4 ounce of syrup
  • 3/4 ounce of lemon juice
  • 1 ounce of Prosecco
  • 1/2 ounce of Campari
  • 3 springs of fresh mint

How to prepare Mojito Italiano:

Put the mints, syrup and lemon juice in the shaker and muddle them.  Then pour the rum and Campari in the shaker along with ice and Shake well.  Put fresh ice in a highball glass and and strain the shaker’s content into it.  Add prosecco and garnish your cocktail with a mint.
