Pisco Sour


Pisco sour is a popular and very refreshing cocktail in Peru and Chile as both countries claim that this drink originated there.  It has a sour and sweet flavor and it’s little difficult to make.






  • 2 ounce of Pisco
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup
  • egg white

How to prepare Pisco sour cocktail:

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.  Shake well and strain into a glass.  To garnish it, use lime and couple of Angostura bitters.
