Raspberry Bellini


There is a major difference between classic Bellini and Raspberry Bellini and there are few ways to make it with vodka and rum.  Regardless of the mixing, this drink is bubbly with fruity/citrus flavor and it’s still suitable for brunch.

Before we start with mixing the drink, you need to make raspberry-white puree.  Chop and pit two white peaches and them into a blender with 4 raspberry and 1/2 ounce of lemon juice.  Blend it till it forms a puree.

How to prepare raspberry Bellini cocktail with vodka:

Pour all the ingredients into glass and fill with ice. Stir well and strain it into a flute.

If rum is your favorite spirit, you should use cachaca which is a Brazilian rum ideal for this cocktail.


  • 2 ounce of cachaca
  • 6 raspberries
  • Dash of lime juice
  • Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar

How to make raspberry Bellini cocktail with rum:

First, muddle the raspberries, lime juice and sugar in a shaker.  Pour some ice and the cachaca and shake well  Strain the content into a flute and top it with champagne or sparkling wine.  You can garnish it with raspberry.
