Rooster-Tail is a fruity and citrus flavor modern classic cocktail that is delicious all year around. 







  • 2 ounce of Peach brandy
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 ounce of rainwater madeira
  • 1/2 ounce of raspberry syrup
  • three dashes of Peychaud’s bitters

How to prepare Rooster-Tail cocktail:

Combine all the ingredients into a shaker full of ice.  Shake well and strain it into a glass full of fresh ice.  You can garnish with mint spring and/or raspberry.
