If you like Sazerac, try this frozen version of this classic cocktail by mixologist Tad Carducci.  Spazerac has a sweet and sour flavor yet it’s strong and perfect for hot summer times.






  • 2.5 ounce of rye whiskey
  • 1 teaspoon of absinthe
  • 1/4 ounce of lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce of simple syrup – 1 part water and 1 part sugar
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

How to make Spazerac cocktail:

Combine the ingredients into blender with a a cup of ice.  Blend it till it’s smooth and pour it into a glass.  You can garnish it with lemon twist
