The Stinger cocktail is like an adult after-dinner mint. The recipe dates back to the 1890s. Taste the sweet sting of cognac and crème de menthe in this nightcap.






  • 2 ounce of Cognac
  • 1 ounce of white crème de menthe

How to make The Stinger Cocktail:

Put both ingredients into a shaker and fill it up with ice.  Shake well and strain it into a glass full of fresh ice.   Or if you like it neat, you can strain it into a chilled cocktail glass.   If you like to have a garnish, you can use mint.
