Tanqueray is a classic London dry gin that comes in a green bottle. It also has a “T” on the seal, which it is known for. This company originated in Bloomsbury, London in 1830 and was started by Charles Tanqueray. Tanqueray is now produced in Scotland. This gin is known for it’s consistent and smooth taste. Although the London dry gin is the most popular Tanqueray gin, there are also other gins available from this brand. These are the types of gin Tanqueray offers.

Tanqueray Gin

The London dry gin is made of juniper, angelica, coriander and liquorice. It’s distilled 4 times total. It is a great gin to use in any drink you want. It is 94.6 proof or 47.3% alcohol.

The Tanqueray No. 10 Gin started being produced in 2000. It includes flavors of orange, lime, chamomile and grapefruit. It has a fruity flavor that is great when used in Martinis. It is also 94.6 proof or 47.3% alcohol.

Tanqueray Rangpur Gin was released in 2007. It is made of ginger, bay leaf, limes and juniper. It has a great flavor that can easily be mixed with a variety of things. This gin is 82.6 proof or 41.3% alcohol.

Tanqueray Malacca Gin started being produced in 1997, but was discontinued in 2001. It was then released again in 2013 as a limited edition gin. It has a sweet taste and is 80 proof or 40% alcohol volume.

The Tanqueray gins can be mixed with any cocktail requiring a gin. This gin is known for it’s smooth taste and you can also drink it without anything added if you want to. It is easily found in liquor stores around the US and also in most bars. It is a brand that has been around for a long time and isn’t going anywhere soon. Many people would miss this brand if it went away.
