Tasman Sea


Tasman Sea is a recipe by Jeff “Beachbum” Berry, a slushy tiki classic cocktail with fruity and citrus forward flavor. 







  • 1 ounce of Bacardi or Cruzan rum (151-proof gold Caribbean rum)
  • 1/2 ounce of Lemon Hart 151-proof Demerara rum
  • 1 ounce of Demerara syrup – 1 part water and 1 part Demerara sugar
  • 1 ounce of lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce of lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce of Orange Curacao
  • 10 ounce of crushed ice

How to make Tasman Sea cocktail:

Put everything into a blender and blend till smooth up to ten seconds.  Pour it unstrained into a glass like tiki vessel and enjoy.
