Put an Irish twist into Bijou by mixing Irish whiskey and Green Chartreuse. 







  • 1.5 ounce of premium Irish whiskey – for example Jameson
  • 1/2 ounce of Green Chartreuse
  •  1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

How to prepare Tipperary cocktail:

Pour all the ingredients into mixing glass and fill it up with ice.  Stir for at least 1o seconds and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Finish it up by expressing oils of orange peels on top of the drink.
