Tootsie Roll


This is not a typical Tootsie Roll that you see in the markets.  This chocolaty inspired rye whiskey cocktail is a spirit forward drink by mixologist Aisha Sharpe.







  • 2 ounce of rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce of Lustau Pedro Ximenez Sherry
  • six dashes of Scrappy’s Chocolate Bitters

How to prepare Tootsie Roll cocktail:

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass full of ice.  stir so that drink is ice cold and then strain it into a chilled glass.  You can garnish it with Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
